Learner Responsibilities — WeeCare Courses

At WeeCare, we want your learning journey to be smooth and enjoyable. To make sure you can access all our digital (on-demand and e-learning) courses without interruptions, please review the following responsibilities and requirements.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements listed below.
  • WeeCare cannot be held responsible for access issues caused by not meeting these requirements.
  • We do not recommend using company-issued computers to access WeeCare courses.
  • Many organizations configure strict security settings that can block or limit access to training platforms.
  • If you choose to use a work-issued computer, you may need assistance from your company’s IT department to adjust settings.

  • Browser Settings: Make sure JavaScript, cookies, and third-party cookies are enabled.

Our courses are compatible with the following systems:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • iOS 8.0 or later
  • iPadOS 13 or later
  • Android 5.0x or later
  • Supported devices: iPhone 4 or later, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, iPad 2 or later, iPod Touch 4th Gen, iPhone 3GS (note: some older models may have limited functionality).

Our courses involve videos and interactive content, so a stable internet connection is essential.

  • Check your connection at Speedtest.
  • Minimum speeds: Download: 8 Mbps, Upload: 1 Mbps, Ping: 50 ms or lower
  • Note: Some internet providers with restricted networks (such as Optimum Internet) are not supported.

Keeping your browser cache clear helps avoid login and loading issues.

Steps for Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click the three dots (More) in the top-right.
  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose a time range (select All time for a full clear).
  4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear data.

“ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”

  • This occurs when your browser cannot connect to the server.
  • Usually caused by an unstable internet. 
  • Fix: Restart your router, switch networks, or check your internet connection.

 

“This Site Can’t Be Reached.”

Possible causes: 

  • DNS resolution errors
  • Internet timeout
  • Firewall or network settings are blocking access

Fixes:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart your device and router
  • Adjust firewall/network settings
  • Contact your service provider if the issue persists
